Privacy Policy for Kreavo Last Updated: July 14, 2026 Kreavo (“Kreavo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, use, transmit, store, protect, retain, and delete information when you use the Kreavo mobile application and its related AI-powered image and video creation features (collectively, the “App”). Kreavo provides AI-powered creative features through a proprietary AI service operated and controlled by Kreavo. Kreavo does not send user-selected photos, videos, facial information, text prompts, or generated content to third-party AI service providers for AI processing. When you voluntarily submit content for an AI generation feature, the selected content is securely transmitted to Kreavo’s proprietary AI service solely to complete the generation request initiated by you. Before selected photos, videos, text prompts, or facial information are transmitted for AI processing, the App displays an in-app disclosure explaining what information will be sent, who will receive it, and how it will be used. You must affirmatively select “Agree & Continue” or an equivalent option before transmission begins. By using Kreavo, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Where processing is based on consent, you may decline or withdraw that consent as described below. 1. Information We Collect and Process Depending on how you use Kreavo, we may collect or process the following categories of information. 1.1 Account Information When you create or manage a Kreavo account, we may collect: - Email address; - Username or display name; - Authentication information; - Internal account identifier; - Account status; - Information required to secure, manage, restore, or delete your account. Passwords and authentication credentials are protected using appropriate security measures and are not intentionally stored in plain text. 1.2 User-Selected Photos and Videos Kreavo may process photos, videos, and other media that you voluntarily select, capture, or upload for a specific creative feature. This may include media selected for: - Image stylization; - AI dance animation; - Image-to-video generation; - Dual-image-to-video generation; - Other AI-powered image or video creation features available within the App. Kreavo does not automatically upload all photos or videos stored on your device. Only media that you intentionally select, capture, or submit is transmitted for processing. 1.3 Text Prompts and Instructions We may process text that you voluntarily enter when using the App, including: - Creative prompts; - Image or video descriptions; - Style selections; - Generation instructions; - Other text submitted as part of an AI generation request. Text prompts are used only to understand and complete the generation request initiated by you. 1.4 Generated Content Kreavo processes and delivers images, videos, previews, animations, and other visual results generated in response to your request. Generated content may be temporarily retained to deliver the result. When account-based saving or generation-history features are available, generated content may be retained if you choose to save it. Saved content remains available until you delete it, delete your account, or retention is otherwise required for legal or security purposes. 1.5 Facial Information Photos or videos voluntarily selected by users may contain visible human faces. Depending on the selected feature, Kreavo may process: - A visible human face contained in a selected photo or video; - Visible facial appearance and facial features; - Facial position and orientation; - Temporary facial-region information; - Temporary facial-alignment information; - Temporary facial landmarks or positioning information when technically necessary to create the requested result. Kreavo does not collect or access: - Apple Face ID data; - Face ID authentication records; - TrueDepth camera depth maps; - Persistent biometric templates; - Facial-recognition identifiers; - Facial information collected secretly or in the background; - Facial information for identity verification or biometric authentication. Additional information about facial-information processing is provided in Section 5. 1.6 Device and Technical Information When technically necessary to operate, secure, or troubleshoot the App, we may process limited technical information, including: - Device type; - Operating-system name and version; - App version; - Language and regional settings; - IP address; - Network status; - Request status; - Error codes; - Security-related technical information. We do not use this information for cross-application tracking or behavioral advertising. 1.7 Usage and Diagnostic Information Where applicable, we may process limited information about how the App operates, including: - Features selected; - Generation-task status; - Failed requests; - App crashes; - Performance problems; - Security events; - Suspected fraud, misuse, or abuse. This information is used only to maintain, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the operation of the App. 1.8 Purchase Information If you purchase credits, premium features, or other digital items, payment is processed by the marketplace through which you downloaded Kreavo, such as the Apple App Store. Kreavo does not directly collect or store: - Complete payment-card numbers; - Bank-account information; - Apple ID passwords; - App Store payment credentials; - Payment authentication codes. We may receive limited transaction information necessary to provide purchased features, including: - Product identifier; - Transaction identifier; - Purchase status; - Purchase date; - Entitlement status; - Refund or cancellation status; - Information needed to restore eligible purchases. 2. How Information Is Collected 2.1 Information You Provide We process information you voluntarily provide when you: - Create or manage an account; - Select or capture a photo or video; - Enter a text prompt; - Start an AI generation request; - Save generated content; - Contact customer support; - Request account or data deletion; - Make an in-app purchase. 2.2 Device Permissions The App may request access to your camera or photo library when you choose a feature that requires that access. The App does not continuously scan your camera, photo library, or device. Access occurs only after you take an intentional action and grant the relevant system permission. 2.3 Automatically Generated Technical Information Limited technical, security, request, and diagnostic information may be generated automatically when you use the App or communicate with our servers. This information is limited to what is reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the service. 3. Proprietary AI Service Kreavo uses a proprietary AI service operated and controlled by Kreavo. When you initiate an AI generation request, the following information may be securely transmitted to our servers: - Photos or videos you intentionally select or capture; - Visible facial information contained in the submitted media; - Text prompts and generation instructions; - Feature and style selections; - Technical request information required to process and return the result. This information is transmitted solely to: - Process the generation request initiated by you; - Create the requested image, video, animation, or visual result; - Deliver the result to your device; - Detect technical errors, security threats, abuse, or failed requests. Kreavo does not send user-selected content to OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, Stability AI, Replicate, or any other third-party AI provider for AI processing. Kreavo does not allow third-party AI providers to use submitted content for their own purposes or to train third-party AI models. 4. In-App Disclosure and Consent Before any selected photo, video, text prompt, or facial information is transmitted for AI processing, the App displays an in-app disclosure that explains: - What information will be transmitted; - That the information will be received and processed by Kreavo’s proprietary AI service; - That the information will be used solely to generate and deliver the result requested by you; - That submitted content will not be sent to a third-party AI provider; - The applicable retention and deletion practices. You must affirmatively select “Agree & Continue” or an equivalent consent option before any selected content is transmitted. If you select “Not Now,” “Cancel,” or an equivalent option: - The selected content will not be transmitted; - The AI generation request will not begin; - You may continue using features that do not require the declined processing, where available. Consent is not inferred from silence, inactivity, or simply opening the App. You may withdraw consent for future processing by no longer submitting content, deleting saved content, deleting your account, or contacting us using the details in Section 17. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawfully completed before consent was withdrawn. 5. Facial Information Processing 5.1 Facial Information We Process When you voluntarily submit a photo or video containing a visible human face, Kreavo may process: - The submitted photo or video; - Visible facial appearance; - Facial position and orientation; - Temporary facial-region information; - Temporary facial alignment; - Temporary facial landmarks or positioning information. This information is processed only when technically necessary to complete the creative feature selected by you. 5.2 How Facial Information Is Obtained Facial information is processed only after you: 1. Select or capture a photo or video; 2. Choose a relevant AI-powered feature; 3. Review the in-app data-processing disclosure; 4. Affirmatively select “Agree & Continue” or an equivalent option. Kreavo does not continuously scan your face, camera, photo library, or device. Kreavo does not upload media that you have not intentionally selected. 5.3 Purposes of Facial Information Processing Facial information may be used solely to: - Apply an image style or transformation; - Produce an AI dance animation; - Create an image-to-video result; - Create a dual-image-to-video result; - Position or align a face within the generated result; - Produce, preview, and deliver the visual result requested by you. Facial information is not used for: - Facial recognition; - Identifying unknown individuals; - Identity verification; - Biometric authentication; - Surveillance; - Law-enforcement profiling; - Behavioral advertising; - Cross-application tracking; - Credit, insurance, employment, medical, or legal decisions; - Inferring sensitive personal characteristics; - Training third-party AI models; - Selling or renting personal information. Kreavo does not create a persistent biometric identity profile from submitted photos or videos. 5.4 Location of Facial Information Processing Selected media and related facial information are transmitted to Kreavo’s proprietary AI service. Kreavo does not transmit facial information to third-party AI API providers for image generation, video generation, facial processing, facial recognition, or model training. 5.5 Retention of Facial Information Original uploaded photos and videos containing facial information are deleted after the requested generation task is completed and no later than 24 hours after upload. Temporary facial-region, facial-alignment, landmark, cache, task, and intermediate processing information is deleted after processing and no later than 24 hours after creation. Kreavo does not retain facial information for: - Advertising; - Facial recognition; - Identity verification; - Surveillance; - User profiling; - Training third-party AI models. 6. How We Use Information We may use information for the following purposes: - To create and manage user accounts; - To authenticate users; - To provide AI-powered image and video creation features; - To process user-selected photos and videos; - To process text prompts and generation instructions; - To create the visual result requested by the user; - To display generation progress; - To deliver generated results; - To save content when requested by the user; - To maintain generation history where available; - To provide purchased credits or premium features; - To restore eligible purchases; - To respond to support requests; - To investigate failed generation requests; - To maintain service performance and reliability; - To protect accounts and systems; - To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access; - To enforce the Terms of Use; - To comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not use uploaded photos, videos, facial information, text prompts, or generated content for: - Behavioral advertising; - Cross-application tracking; - Facial recognition; - Identity verification; - Selling personal information; - Renting personal information; - Training third-party AI models. 7. Third-Party AI Services and Service Providers 7.1 No Third-Party AI Processing Kreavo does not use third-party AI services or third-party AI APIs to perform its core image, video, animation, or facial-information processing. User-selected content is processed through Kreavo’s proprietary AI service. 7.2 Infrastructure Service Providers Kreavo may use cloud hosting, data storage, content delivery, networking, security, email, customer-support, or other technical infrastructure providers to operate the App and the proprietary AI service. These providers act only as service providers or data processors on our instructions. Where such providers may technically process or store information, they are contractually or legally restricted from using that information for unrelated purposes. They are not permitted to use user-submitted content for: - Their own advertising; - Behavioral profiling; - Cross-application tracking; - Training their own AI models; - Selling or renting personal information; - Providing unrelated AI services. We require service providers that handle personal information to use appropriate confidentiality, security, and data-protection safeguards. Infrastructure service providers are not used as third-party AI providers for generating the results requested by users. 7.3 Application Marketplace Providers Purchases and certain marketplace-related services are independently processed by the marketplace provider, such as Apple. The marketplace provider’s processing is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. 8. Information Disclosure Kreavo does not sell or rent personal information. Kreavo does not share user-selected photos, videos, facial information, text prompts, or generated content with third-party AI providers. Information may be disclosed only in the following limited circumstances. 8.1 Service Providers Information may be processed by technical service providers that help us operate hosting, storage, networking, security, customer support, communications, or other necessary infrastructure. These providers may process information only to provide services to Kreavo and must apply appropriate data-protection safeguards. 8.2 Legal Requirements We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with: - Applicable law; - A valid court order; - A subpoena; - A binding governmental request; - A regulatory obligation; - Another legally enforceable process. We will limit any disclosure to information reasonably necessary to comply with the legal requirement. 8.3 Protection of Rights and Safety We may disclose limited information when reasonably necessary to: - Protect the safety of users or other people; - Prevent fraud, misuse, or abuse; - Investigate security incidents; - Protect our legal rights or property; - Enforce the Terms of Use; - Respond to illegal activity. 8.4 Business Transfers If Kreavo is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, relevant information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Any transferred information will remain subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations. 8.5 User-Directed Sharing Content may be transferred to another application, service, or platform when you intentionally choose a sharing, saving, downloading, or export function through your device. After you intentionally share content with another application or service, that third party’s privacy practices will apply. 9. Data Retention and Deletion We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with legal obligations. 9.1 Uploaded Photos and Videos Original photos and videos uploaded for a generation request are deleted after the requested generation process is completed and no later than 24 hours after upload. 9.2 Text Prompts Text prompts and generation instructions may be retained temporarily to complete the requested generation task, investigate technical failures, or maintain security. Unless longer retention is required for security or legal reasons, prompts associated with temporary generation tasks are deleted or anonymized within 24 hours after the task is completed. 9.3 Temporary Processing Information Temporary files, facial-region information, facial-alignment information, landmarks, caches, task records, and intermediate processing information are deleted after processing and no later than 24 hours after creation. 9.4 Generated Content Generated images and videos may be retained temporarily to deliver the requested result. When you choose to save generated content to an account or generation history, the saved content remains available until: - You delete the content; - You delete your account; - The content is removed for legal, safety, security, or Terms of Use reasons. 9.5 Account Information Account information is retained while your account remains active. Following a valid account-deletion request, account information will generally be deleted or irreversibly anonymized within 30 days, except where longer retention is reasonably necessary for: - Fraud prevention; - Security investigations; - Legal compliance; - Accounting obligations; - Dispute resolution; - Enforcement of agreements. 9.6 Technical and Diagnostic Information Technical, diagnostic, and security information is retained only for the period reasonably necessary to: - Investigate errors; - Maintain service reliability; - Protect systems and users; - Prevent abuse; - Comply with legal obligations. 9.7 Purchase Records Limited transaction records may be retained where necessary to: - Deliver purchased features; - Verify entitlements; - Restore purchases; - Process refunds; - Prevent fraud; - Meet accounting or legal obligations. Data Security Kreavo uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These safeguards may include: - Encryption during transmission; - Protection of stored information; - Access controls; - Authentication controls; - Restricted internal access; - Security monitoring; - Abuse prevention; - Vulnerability management; - Data-minimization practices; - Internal security and privacy procedures. Access to personal information is limited to authorized personnel, systems, and service providers that require access for legitimate operational purposes. Although we use reasonable safeguards, no method of electronic transmission, processing, or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting access to their devices and maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. 11. Application Permissions Kreavo requests access to device features only when necessary to provide a feature selected by you. 11.1 Photo Library Photo-library access may be requested so that you can select photos or videos for an AI generation request. Kreavo accesses only content selected or permitted by you, subject to the permission options provided by your device’s operating system. 11.2 Camera Camera access may be requested when you choose to capture a photo or video directly within the App. The camera is not accessed without your permission. 11.3 Saving Generated Content Photo-library permission may be requested when you choose to save a generated image or video to your device. You may deny or revoke permissions through your device settings. Some features may not function when a required permission is denied. 12. User Rights and Choices Depending on your country or region, you may have certain privacy rights. Tracking and Advertising Kreavo does not use uploaded photos, videos, facial information, text prompts, or generated content for cross-application tracking. Kreavo does not sell personal information for advertising purposes. Kreavo does not combine facial information with data obtained from unrelated applications or websites to create advertising profiles. If our practices materially change, we will update this Privacy Policy and the relevant App Store privacy disclosures before the changed processing begins. 16.
